The only things I know about my boyfriend’s trip are what I find out from other people, because I am far too terrified to ever bring it up with him. Last night I heard him telling his brother that he is booking flights around the 22nd… I have no idea if he means the 22nd of this month or next.
So now I’m having an anxiety crisis and looking up volunteering places and new jobs online because I need a million things to keep my mind busy over the next few months. I cried listening to a fucking Bruno Mars song in the car just before. That is not okay.

Definitely ask! You need to talk about it with him otherwise both of you will end up unhappy/in the dark about each others feelings towards his trip.

Yeah you should definitely ask him. Leaving it too long will just make it worse when he eventually goes away.
